Garden hoe/digging fork
Short handle multi-function tool for hoeing, weeding, digging, planting and chopping (i.e. roots).
Handle: ergonomically crafted handle in wood 325mm long.
Blade: sharp carbon steel tapers from 30 – 65mm
Fork: 4 sharp carbon steel prongs 100mm.
Weight:470g
Please note: The design of this product features a key wedge. When you first receive your hoe and digging fork (from new), the key wedge will NOT have been driven in. It is advisable to drive this in (using a hammer or tapping against a concrete floor) until it is tight. You will find that the key wedge likely still protudes from the wood. Do not attempt to drive the key wedge in further. If at any stage the product gets wet and then dries, or is subject to a period of hot or cold weather the wood can expand and contract. The key wedge sticking out allows you to tighten the head further by knocking it in. If the key wedge is driven right in then there is no flexibility in this regard.
